On September 26, 2025, 3 units of 5-color CNC servo ink cup pad printers, specially designed for helmet printing, were precision-packaged and successfully shipped to the Indonesian customer. This batch of equipment is not only the first trial order between us and this customer, but also carries the expectation of both parties to explore long-term cooperation and jointly expand the market, laying a solid foundation for in-depth collaboration in the future.

As professional equipment developed for helmet printing scenarios, these 3 units of 5-color CNC servo ink cup pad printers effectively address the pain points of traditional printing processes by virtue of multiple core technological advantages. Equipped with independent rubber head control, servo fixtures, servo shuttle control functions, and SMC air cylinders, the equipment allows operators to flexibly meet the printing needs of different surface positions of helmets by accurately setting parameters on the touch screen—no tedious mechanical adjustments are required. This greatly improves operational convenience and printing flexibility, perfectly adapting to the complex scenarios of helmet curved surface and multi-area printing.

Previously, this Indonesian customer had long used the water transfer printing process for helmet printing.
