3 Colors Ink Cup Pad Printing Machine

This PLC controlled pad printer is equipped with 3 independent printing heads, sealed ink cup system, shuttle table, auto pad cleaning system and rotary fixture for round workpieces.
Each printing head can adjust pad stroke and printing speed separately, realizing high-precision multi-color overprinting. The sealed ink cup reduces solvent evaporation for ink saving and cleaner working environment. The rotary fixture can rotate cylindrical/oval products, printing logos on curved surfaces. The automatic foil cleaning device continuously cleans the silicone pad to keep stable printing quality for mass production.
