Types of Squeegee and Handle

4.1 Squeegees:
a) Water resistant (W) series: it is low in price and suitable for the printing ink of water-based glue and widely used in textile printing field.
b) Solvent Resistant (S) series: it has perfect resistance to abrasion, traditional aggressive solvent, good elasticity and suitable for the printing of general graphics. Price is reasonable.
c) High Quality (V) series: it is suitable for fine graphic printing with good wear-resistance and perfect solvent resistance. It is often used in high grade and fine line printing.
d) Composite Triple Series: The hardness at both sides is soft while the hardness in the middle is much harder. The structure like this is mainly to prevent unnecessary bend during printing so as to ensure the fine line quality.
e) UV series: It is widely used with UV printing ink, including CD, VCD, PCB, PVC etc.

4.2 Squeegees Handles
a) Wooden handles: suitable for manual printing.
b) Aluminum handles: two kinds, one for machine use and the other for hand use.
c) Sheet Wooden handles: cheap and thin squeegee handle, which is convenient to be used both for hands and machines. (New product)
